The home is arranged over two levels, with everyday living on the main floor and a private second bedroom suite upstairs. Multiple deck areas create an easy indoor-outdoor flow, while furnishings, utilities, household basics, and high-speed fiber optic internet are already in place. Lāwa'i Long Stay is located on an 8.25-acre rural property in Lāwa'i, with open lawns, mature trees, gardens, and quiet distance from the road. The rental is close to the main house but has its own private feeling, with a separate entrance and no shared interior walls. It is well suited for longer stays, visiting work assignments, or anyone needing a calm, fully independent home base on Kaua'i.

At the front of the acreage, a small-scale flower farm and developing market garden are gradually taking shape. These areas are part of the larger working landscape of the property, with seasonal vegetables, herbs, flowers, foliage, fruit trees, and hopefully eggs to share when available. The rental remains private and separate, while still giving guests a sense of being connected to a quiet rural property rather than a standard hotel or condo setting.
