Rates are for the full private two-bedroom, two-bath ʻohana residence. Each bedroom has a king-size bed.

Who This Is For
This residence is an excellent fit for busy professionals on extended Kauaʻi assignments. Previous tenants have included medical professionals, military personnel, DOD civilians, defense contractors, and government workers.
Maximum occupancy is two adults.
This is a private, gated, and secure residential property. It is not shared housing and it is not a vacation rental.
For professionals receiving government or contractor per diem, the all-inclusive monthly rate typically falls well below daily allowance totals, with no utilities, furnishings, internet, cleaning, or household setup left to manage separately.
Management
The property is owner-managed and owner-occupied. Questions, maintenance needs, and practical concerns are handled directly and promptly.
Lease Structure
Leases are designed around professional assignment timelines, typically ranging from six months to one year.
If your assignment ends earlier than expected, verified contract changes qualify for early termination with thirty days’ written notice.
Payment
Rent is due on the first of each month by ACH bank transfer, with no additional processing fee.
Credit card payments are accepted with an added processing fee.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at signing.
