My stay at Lāwa'i Long Stay was a perfect balance of peace and activity. Access to the busier portions of Kaua'i is easy as well as the commute to my work. When work is finished, the fully furnished and beautifully designed home offers magnificent tranquility and peace to help you recover. Geoffrey and Bill are thoughtful, caring, and responsive hosts, and I would gladly recommend Lāwa'i Long Stay to anyone planning a longer stay on Kaua'i.

"The Best Place I've Ever Lived"
As one of the first guests at Lāwa'i Long Stay, even in its earliest days, I have to say it was the best place I have ever lived.
Being away from home and loved ones for an extended time can be tough, regardless of the destination. Bill and Geoffrey took pride in ensuring I felt at home, which allowed me to focus on work and play and worry less about the other parts of daily life.
A few things stood out during my year-long stay. The property was breathtaking — private, peaceful, and an escape from the touristy parts of the island. The home itself was sleek, modern, and meticulously maintained. And the level of care and support from Bill and Geoffrey was genuinely like no other.

“Reliable and Well-Managed”
Lāwa'i Long Stay was reliable, well maintained, and easy to settle into. For an extended work assignment, it helped to have a home where the essentials were already taken care of. Bill and Geoffrey were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Being so far from home, their care made the transition seamless and gave me great peace of mind.
The home is also perfectly located — a short drive to both Līhuʻe and Poʻipū, right off the main highway. I would very much recommend it to anyone planning an extended stay.
